I asked Miles to help after my website was hacked and taken over by a fake gambling company. He explained everything clearly, gave me a quote to rebuild the site without the infected pages and kept the same website address, including a redirect from another domain. Miles was friendly, easy to deal with and kept me updated throughout. Everything was delivered on time and within the quote he gave me. He has also shown me how to handle the basic day-to-day website maintenance, which means I can now add pages and blogs myself. On behalf of Cassia my niece 🥰: I did my year 12 work experience with Miles and he was amazing! He told me about different types of marketing, what works and what doesn’t, and gave me tasks to solidify my knowledge with the freedom to present however I wanted. As a small business owner there are marketing people that have big plans for you, at big prices that demand time that you barely have without paying for a full time member of staff. Miles totally gets this so until you get to that point his solutions, bite size plans are innovative, comprehensive and time manageable for small businesses and solopreneurs. I recently took part in his LinkedIn learning session and thought my LinkedIn knowledge and understanding was decent enough. WRONG!! Miles gave insights and detail that have helped me to improve my profile, understanding and future engagement. All in 90 minutes and at a cost that the business can easily withstand.
